Lovingly restored and meticulously reimagined by Lonsdale Building Group in collaboration with MIM Design, the home represents the perfect balance between architectural preservation and contemporary living.

The project began with a complete restoration of the original structure, ensuring every heritage element was retained, repaired, and celebrated. Lonsdale’s team carefully rebuilt within the constraints of the existing envelope, strengthening the bones of the house while preparing it to receive a distinctly modern interior vision. What followed was a seamless layering of old and new — an architectural dialogue between craftsmanship and design precision.

Internally, the home reveals a calm and tactile palette conceived by MIM Design and executed with Lonsdale’s hallmark attention to detail. Sculptural plasterwork, stone benchtops, chevron timber floors, and bronze accents weave together in quiet harmony. Each space was constructed to exacting tolerances, from the soft curvature of the stairwell walls to the fine shadow-line joinery and concealed lighting details.

The home’s heart lies in its material integrity — nothing feels excessive, yet every surface tells a story of artistry and restraint. The dining and living zones open to manicured courtyards, connecting the interiors to the home’s natural surroundings, while the custom joinery, stone, and metalwork anchor each room with permanence and poise.
